Frequently Asked Questions
|
Q. How does the oxygenation process work?
A. The name for the actual oxygenation process is “oxygen bleaching”. It is a non-chlorine, color-safe bleach used to clean organic stains. This is the same process you would see when using hydrogen peroxide on a bloodstain. The bubbling or fizzing action is created by drawing oxygen from the air and cleans the stain.
Q. How does Oxymagic’s Crystal Care and Nature’s Way work together to attack stains?
A. The Crystal care is used as a “wetting agent” to penetrate the soiled area and allows the Nature’s Way to attack the stain. The stain then crystallizes and the brushes break up and remove the stain. Q. Why does Oxymagic’s cleaning system leave carpet feeling soft, not hard and crunchy?
A. The Crystal Care has a very low suds level and does not leave the sticky residue that is associated with so many other carpet cleaners.
If you do clean an area that seems to dry hard, it is a good possibility that the customer has had a previous cleaning that left residue behind. Repeat the cleaning process again.
